Lambruk Pantry Sauced Pancakes

Can’t go wrong with everyones favourite of pancakes

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup Self Raising Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Extract

1 Egg

2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

1 1/2 Cup Milk

Method

  1. Melt the butter to just melted

  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth and lump free

  3. Cook on a non stick pan medium heat, place 1/4 cup of mixture on to the pan and let it cook until bubbles show then flip.

  4. Cook for 30 seconds or until golden brown

  5. Repeat and serve with your Lambruk Pantry sauce and ice cream
