Lambruk Pantry Owner Paige and cook of luxury Byron Bay Gift Hampers

Our Story

Located in Mullumbimby NSW, the Lambruk Group is a family owned and operated business that has been offering quality services to clients for over 40 years. Our journey began with John and the Team at Lambruk Joiners and Cabinet Makers, who specialise in using bespoke and recycled timbers from local, certified mills to bring your dream renovations and forever homes to life!

Lambruk Pantry is our latest and most exciting expansion to the business, allowing you to purchase homemade Sauces and Chutneys to be enjoyed amongst loved ones in the heart of your home - the kitchen. The introduction of Lambruk Pantry demonstrates our love and support of the local community, offering a range of carefully curated and considered Hampers in collaboration with small businesses from Byron Bay and beyond.

The Lambruk Group services, and now products, continues to be welcomed into the hearts and homes of many local residents from our Byron Bay and beyond, and we can’t wait to share it with you, too!

A Note from Paige: The Creator of Lambruk Pantry

“The concept of Lambruk Pantry was born from my passion to create beautiful products in unique settings that are intended to be shared amongst loved ones - sowing the seeds for memories that you’ll never forget.

Originally coming from an Events Management background where I was able to express myself creatively through organising bespoke experiences for my clients, I wanted to create a way in which I was still able to pursue my passions while battling a lifelong chronic illness - Endometriosis.

2014 was the year I had to make some major changes in my life, as I was no longer able to sustain employment in the Events Industry due to my illness. It was at this stage that I decided to join the family business. I was accustomed to helping my father in his workshop and on site, even from a very young age. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside him throughout my life as he taught me so much about what it takes to run a business.

In 2016 I started experimenting in the kitchen in an attempt to find foods that would satisfy my sweet tooth while cutting certain things out of my diet that I knew could potentially trigger a flare-up of my Endometriosis. I loved sharing my creations with friends, and had been told by many that I should be sharing these with everyone. It was during one of these conversations that I finally had my ‘Aha!’ moment. I thought, ‘what could possibly be better than combining my two favourite things - creativity and cooking!?’ I’ve always had such wonderful memories cooking with my Nonna and my Aunty, who I owe much of my culinary passions to.

Once I had a business plan in mind, I knew I had to give it the right name that would really bring it to life. To me, carrying on family tradition played an integral part in the decision making process. As a child I had lived in a house my father built in Macedon Ranges, Victoria, which we lovingly named Lambruk. It was after this beautiful home that we named the original family business, and to continue on the legacy Lambruk Pantry was born.

Next came the logo. I knew straight away that this had to be sentimental, and unique. When I was a child living on the Lambruk homestead, my Mum use to leave me little notes, which always had an elephant at the bottom of the page. I may not have remembered what the notes said, but I always remembered the cute little elephants at the bottom of them. She still leaves me notes like this to this day.

So, fast forward to 2020 and Lambruk Pantry was launched! My own creation that combined my two passions which I could watch grow and really prove to myself that yes, I have Endometriosis, and yes I am always going to have bad days, but my motto is ‘let’s make the good days count!’”
