CANCELLING AN ORDER
Lambruk Pantry does not allow the cancellation of an order once the order is complete.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We always try aim to ensure the quality of our products are uncompromised. However, in the rare occurrence that products break during transit or are missed during quality checks, we’ll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!

Please send us an email at info@lambruk.com.au and follow the following steps:
- Include your Order Number in the subject of the email.
- Please include your Name, Email Address and Product details in the contents of the email.
- Attach photos of the damaged product you received to the email.

GIFT CARDS
Lambruk Gift Cards are only to be used at Lambruk Pantry. Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. They never expire. Both physical and e-Gift Cards are available. Shipping costs will be charged on physical Gift Card purchases.

PAYMENT
Lambruk Pantry takes payment upon checkout, not when an item has been shipped. Your payment is processed securely through our secure payment systems.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS
Lambruk occasionally offers discount codes for promotions and sales, which can be redeemed at checkout.

SHIPPING
Each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

We use Australia Post to ship our products and unfortunately we cannot control shipping times. We do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays. Currently, we can only ship Australia-wide.

New Zealand

Rates for Products and Hampers - Express Shipping $25

We do not ship any order on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

We will be closed from the 20th December to 20th January and 21st June - 5 July orders placed in this time will be shipped / delivered once we return to work.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you receive a product that is damaged, not what you had ordered or a mistake has been made, we are happy to exchange the purchase within 7 days of receiving it. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, instead are happy to exchange or issue a store credit.

NIBBLE HAMPERS

These hampers will only be delivered in the Tweed Heads Shire, Byron Bay Shire, Lismore Council, Richmond Valley, Kyogle Shire, Gold Coast Shire. Delivery does not include weekend or public holidays.

Order need to be placed 48hrs prior to delivery day. we only deliver on a Wednesday and Friday.

Onced delivered they need to be refrigerated within the 2hrs or less.
